Terms and Conditions of Use for super9

1. Definitions and Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following terms carry the meanings defined below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the super9 website accessible at super9.one and all services provided on it.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who registers an account and uses the services of the Platform.
• "Company" refers to super9, the platform operator operating under an international licence.
• "Terms" refers to this entire Terms and Conditions document together with any amendments made from time to time.
• "Real Money" refers to funds deposited by a user into their account using any supported payment method.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to free credits credited to a user's account based on eligible promotions, subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a user must wager before bonus funds can be converted into real money available for withdrawal.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the super9 Platform, the User agrees to be fully bound by these Terms. If the User does not agree with any part of these Terms, the User is not permitted to use the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Registration

To register and use the super9 Platform, Users must meet the following requirements:

• Register only one account per individual — multiple account registrations are not permitted.
• Provide accurate, current and complete registration information including full name as per identification card, mobile phone number, and a valid email address.
• Not register on behalf of any other individual.

The Company reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Documents that may be requested include a valid copy of a MyKad or passport.

The Company reserves the right to reject a registration application or close an existing account if there is reasonable cause to believe that the eligibility requirements have not been met, without the need to provide further explanation.

4. Account Use

Users are fully responsible for the security of their accounts. This includes:

• Keeping passwords confidential and not sharing login details with any other party.
• Ensuring that no unauthorised third party accesses their account.
• Notifying the Company immediately through customer support if there is any suspicious activity or unauthorised use of their account.

The Company will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from a user's failure to keep their account information secure.

Users are not permitted to transfer, sell or assign their account to another party under any circumstances.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

super9 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount per transaction is RM50, regardless of the payment method used.
• The minimum withdrawal amount per request is RM100.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within 10 to 45 minutes after the request is approved.
• All withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as the deposit, except in certain circumstances approved by the Company.
• Users must ensure that the e-wallet account or banking details registered belong to the user themselves. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
• The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal request deemed unusual.

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. Users must fulfil the relevant wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be processed for withdrawal.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

super9 offers various promotions to registered members. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements and the applicable specific terms.

Welcome Bonus: New members are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 120% up to a maximum of RM1,500. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 15x the bonus amount before withdrawals are permitted.

Wagering calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Account balance RM220 → Wagering required: RM120 × 15 = RM1,800
• Deposit RM2,600 → Bonus RM1,500 (maximum cap) → Account balance RM4,100 → Wagering required: RM1,500 × 15 = RM22,500

General conditions for all bonuses are as follows:

• Each user is eligible to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions, including using multiple accounts, will result in bonus cancellation and account suspension.
• The Company reserves the right to reject any bonus request suspected of involving fraud or system manipulation.

7. Game Rules

The super9 platform offers various game categories including online slots, live casino, sports betting, live betting and crash games. Each category has specific rules that must be followed.

• The results of all games are final and cannot be appealed except where a proven technical error has occurred.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, the Company reserves the right to cancel or replay the affected round. Wagered funds will be returned to the user's account.
• The Company is not responsible for any losses arising from internet connection disruptions on the user's end.
• The use of automation software, bots or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• The Company reserves the right to void bets and withhold winnings suspected to have been obtained through fraudulent or unlawful means.

Users are advised to understand how a game works before placing bets with real money. The Company is not responsible for any financial losses incurred due to insufficient understanding of game mechanics.

8. Prohibited User Conduct

Users agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the Platform:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account under their own name or another person's name.
• Providing false information during registration or the identity verification process.
• Using funds obtained through illegal activities to make deposits.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Platform.
• Using software or technical methods to manipulate game outcomes.
• Disrupting or attempting to interfere with the technical operations of the Platform.
• Sharing or selling account details to another party.
• Abusing promotions or seeking to profit from bonuses in a manner contrary to the Company's intent.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of the account balance including real money, and legal action where appropriate.

9. Data Protection and Privacy

The Company collects and processes users' personal information based on operational requirements and legal compliance. All information is processed in accordance with the super9 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement.

By accepting these Terms, users agree that the Company may:

• Use the information provided for identity verification, transaction processing, and service communications.
• Share information with relevant authorities when required by law or a regulatory body.
• Use aggregated and anonymised usage data for platform improvement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, super9 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred by users as a result of betting activity on the Platform.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond the Company's control, including system outages, natural disasters, or cyber attacks.
• Acts or omissions of third parties, including payment providers or game providers.
• Consequences of betting decisions made by users based on inaccurate or incomplete information.

The Company's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

The Company reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms.
• An account closure request submitted by the user.
• Legal claims or instructions from the relevant authorities.
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.
• There are indications of fraud or illegal activity associated with the account.

If an account is closed at the user's initiative and there has been no breach of terms, any remaining real money balance (subject to a minimum withdrawal of RM100) will be returned to the user within a reasonable period.

12. Changes to These Terms

The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or add to these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to users via:

The effective date of each updated version of the Terms will be clearly stated at the top of this document. Users who continue to use the Platform after the effective date of the amended terms are deemed to have accepted the changes.

If a user does not agree with any amendment, the user has the right to close their account by contacting the super9 support team. Please note that any bets currently in progress will not be affected by changes to the terms during the period of those bets.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is licensed. Any disputes that arise will be resolved through the channels established in that jurisdiction.
